Job Type: Freelance, Hybrid (Jakarta Based)
Initial term: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
This position offers the opportunity as a Project Manager to play a critical role in developing and executing impactful programs. The Project Manager will also communicate, liaise, and engage with multiple stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, schools, government, and partner organizations.
- Day-to-day management of Skilvul's program, including and other projects as required
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and meet the needs of stakeholders, as well as meeting the work plan's targets
- Supporting with collating high-quality data and information for project reporting types including regular narrative and financial reporting to donors as well as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) reporting of Skilvul
- Coordinating with the Project Directors, support efforts to communicate about the projects to potential stakeholders
- Supporting initial work that may lead to the development of any new Skilvul-led or Skilvul-affiliated initiatives
- Supporting Project Directors in reviewing budget proposals of partners, grantees and sub-contractors as required
- Coordinating with with other Project Assistants or Interns, ensure the project implementation's administration and logistical activities are conducted as planned, efficiently and effectively
- Representing Skilvul at meetings and events as needed
- Communicating, liaising and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, schools, government and partner organizations.
Requirements
- Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in program or projects related field
- Able to work remotely and independently. Offline meet (occasionally)
- Experienced in project management, developing and executing programs/events
- Committed to empowering youth in Indonesia through technology and innovation
- Able to lead team and hav excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and in English
Work Hours
- You will be expected to work a total of 40 hours per week and attend meetings or events as required.
- There may be occasional work on the weekend, in which case you would be able to take time off / swap day(s) on your weekday.
