Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies across platforms to amplify the Perempuan Inovasi and Markoding programs. You will play a critical role in creating engaging content, managing online presence, and fostering meaningful interactions with women, youth, and MSME communities. Your work will ensure that these initiatives reach wider audiences, inspire participation, and build inclusive digital spaces for learning, collaboration, and empowerment.
Responsibilities
- In charge of handling Perempuan Inovasi and Markoding’s social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook)
- Execute social media posting based on editorial calendars schedules
- Proactive in search for new trends & engagement opportunities
- Develop creative content and new ideas to expand Perempuan Inovasi and Markoding’s social media growth
- In charge of the social media campaign development process from creative briefing, channel/ KOL/Buzzer strategy.
- Liaise with KOLs/buzzers to ensure briefs are well made for the social media campaign
- Read, respond and engage with followers on all social media platforms
- Produce daily content for Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok Perempuan Inovasi and Markoding, from pre to post-production
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in managing communities
- Reliable and responsive communicator with professional, clear messaging
- Self-motivated and takes initiative and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and able to optimize workflows using AI tools and other digital productivity platforms
- Demonstrates integrity and discretion by maintaining appropriate digital boundaries and refraining from sharing internal matters to avoid conflicts of interest or potential brand liability
