As a Lead Mentor, you will responsible for Preparing Learning Journey, Lesson Plan, and Class Operational for the Program. This is a paid, remote, part-time position (flexible hours - estimated up to 20 hours per week).
Job Description:
- Preparing and manage a learning journey, lesson plan, and class preparation for the program
- Lead ideation with participant and mentor to launch a variety of product innovative
- Developing learning design and journey for learners and mentors
- Prepare syllabus, technical requirements, training materials for a live session
- Preparing Lesson Plan, Learning Materials, and Assignments
- Develop Final Project Indicator and Scorecard Templates
- Progress review
- Contribute to managing Program Outputs and Learning Outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students and educators.
- Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
