Job Description
Your responsibility will be managing procurement & administration, as well as performing office general affairs to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with requirements, company policies, and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Legal Compliance
- Checking request, preparing draft for all agreement/MoU/etc
- Manage agreement/MoU/Contract database
- Manage request for Company legal documents
- Coordinate with third party in preparing legal requirements
Procurement
- Manage company procurement
- Prepare and execute plan for Merchandising
- Responsible for vendor and client database
- Manage Asset Database
- Manage all Tools and Platform use for Company daily operation
- Responsible for company procurement such as Hampers
Administration
- Manage company offices
- Analysing and maintaining operational data
- Support Operations Manager in administration
People Administration:
- Responsible for contract creation and addendums (in case of changes/extensions to employee contracts) including PKWT, PKWTT, and internship contracts.
- Responsible for issuing employment certificates/work experience letters (PKWT, PKWTT, or internship contracts).
- Manage Employee Benefit Request
- Support administrative tasks related to Recruitment
- Handle company HRIS Talenta
- Report to Sr. People Specialist
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, Economics or related field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Procurement & Administration
- Having general knowledge related to contract drafting or legal matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact proactively with people leaders, and employees at all levels of the organisation.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, integrity, and open-mindedness.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
