We are looking for knowledgeable and experienced Mentors with background varieties in social impact to become Mentors for our Generasi Terampil. You will be working directly with the Technical Lead and Instructor to be a group mentor for our students. You must give live video mentoring via Zoom and chat via Whatsapp Group to help our students. This is a paid, remote, part-time position (maximum 10 hours per week).
We’re looking for dedicated mentors that:
- At least have 2 years of working experience across sectors
- Have a strong interest in Social Impact and Social Innovation
- Have a strong affinity to facilitate learning for youth and adolescents
- Having a solid internet connection
What will make you stand out:
Have experience in organization
Have leadership skills (from Volunteering programs, Management Training)
Experience in Design Thinking & Business Model Canvas methodologies will definitely be a plus
Have a background in non-traditional sectors, such as:
- Technology
- Environment, green energy, and climate change
- Women empowerment and gender equality
- Education and the future of learning
- Disability and accessibility
- Literacy, hoax, and digital literacy
- Employability, productivity, and the future of work
- Nationalism and tolerance
