Job Description
Responsible for all finance administration-related tasks within the SKILVUL group (including Skilvul, Markoding, BTS, and GIGA). Maintain excellent financial controls, policies, and procedures. Ensure the efficient functioning and documentation of all financial systems are executed with accuracy, within budget, and on schedule, while complying with regulations, and storing them neatly for archiving.
Finance Administrative - Account Payable
- Manage the administration of the finance department regarding account payable (Manage Schedule Payment. Review and process all the payment (fund request, reimbursement, cash advance, credit card) has adequate documents and pass the approval needed. Comply and follow up to the recent finance procedure; Bookkeeping. Weekly and Monthly Bank Mutation; Tax file; Keep Records such as invoice, receipt, etc; Review the reconcile Project budget and Department Budget. Tracking all expenses and budget)
- Data Collection: gathering relevant financial data needed
- Evaluate and optimise financial Administration
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
- Report directly to the Sr. Finance Specialist
Finance Administrative - Account Receivable
- Manage master data of Account Receivable-Business to Business
- Manage for Business to Customer financial administration
- Manage Account Receivable-Business to Customer (Create Sales Quotation and Invoice; Billing; Reconcile B2C Transaction data; Data Collection)
- Prepare data needed for Monthly Financial Report
- Evaluate and optimise Administration
- Report directly to the Operations Manager

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in Finance
- A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/business administration/management or any related field
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact proactively with leaders, and employees at all levels of the organization
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, integrity, and open-mindedness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hours of work
As this is a full-time role, you will be expected to work a total of 40 hours per week and attend meetings or events as required.
