Volunteer Mentor – Link Women Project
About Link Women Project
The Link Women project, initiated by UN Women in partnership with LinkedIn in 2022, endeavors to empower women by tackling critical challenges in digital literacy and professional networking. This initiative provides essential resources for training, mentorship, and job placements, using digital platforms to help women overcome traditional barriers and access competitive job markets.
In Phase 2, the program expands to Indonesia, engaging 2,000 women with pre-employment and digital skills such as leadership, communication, digital marketing, AI, and gender equality awareness. The project provides roadshows, online bootcamps, and mentorship sessions to help women prepare for competitive job markets.
