Qualifications
- Open to graduates (not current students)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time‑management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, online meeting platforms, project tracking tools)
- Basic proficiency in data management, including data processing with Excel and other data processing tools
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and eagerness to learn project management practices in an ed‑tech environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup (Jakarta + remote) with proactive, independent responsibility
- Experience in project management and program/event execution is an advantage
- Commitment to youth empowerment through technology and innovation
