Overview

SKILVUL GROUP is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone.

Currently, we offer two main services - an end-to-end coding bootcamp (Impact Byte), and an online training & certification platform for on-demand digital skills (Skilvul), for anyone who wishes to become a programmer.At Skilvul Group, we treat each other with respect and communicate with empathy. Objectives

You are responsible for the full life-cycle of a team member from: onboarding to exiting. You will be tasked with developing and implementing cultural activities and values, managing internal team learnings and developing organizational insights, and increasing engagement and productivity.

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced People Specialist to join our team. You will be working in the Ops Dept. and directly report to the Chief of Operations/Business. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage employee performance scoring including employee satisfaction, 360 quarter performance check, ad-hoc survey, and develop relevant strategies and programs to increase the productivity of each team member.

  • Manage Internal Learning to increase capacity building of team members. Identify and support other areas of team development and growth by compiling training needs and suggesting training that contributes to our efforts to build a culture of growth, creativity, excellence, and impact.

  • Provide support, counsel, and guidance to employees. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

  • Design and drive delivery of engagement events and learning activities within the company.

  • Nurture a positive, safe, fun, and respectful working environment.

  • Develop and improve people's journeys based on feedback and input from team members.

  • Manage employee benefit/retention perks and ensure that employee benefits claimed are on track (including promotion, benefits, THR, and salary increment, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).

  • Manage documentation including contracts, amendments, and all other items pertinent to the team member lifecycle - Prepare contracts related to people (PKWTT, PKWT, and service contract).

  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

  • Maintain HR systems and processes. Accountable for HRIS data including team member records and information changes such as promotions, terminations, and transfers.

  • Work closely with the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Support recruitment for the staffing process and administrative (recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding)

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in talent management / organizational development related field,

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact proactively with people leaders, and employees at all levels of the organization.

  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, integrity, and open-mindedness.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Having a people-oriented working attitude, creativity, and willingness to explore and learn.
