Overview
SKILVUL GROUP is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone.
Currently, we offer two main services - an end-to-end coding bootcamp (Impact Byte), and an online training & certification platform for on-demand digital skills (Skilvul), for anyone who wishes to become a programmer.At Skilvul Group, we treat each other with respect and communicate with empathy. Job Description
Your main role would be to handle admission and liaise with prospective students and users. You will provide support for business development activities (B2B), such as identifying sales opportunities and pitching business services, especially to schools and universities, as well as actively recruiting new students (B2C) which includes answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, etc. You will also provide support for the project management team.
Handle inquiries from & follow-ups with prospective students and other stakeholders either via email, phone, or social media
Schedule interview appointments and liaise with students and mentors
Create admission strategies
Handle other administrative requirements, including student invoices and following up with the payment
Plans, Implement and manages a system tracking to monitor funneling/prospective students' data
Objectives
- Drive conversion (students’ enrolment) to fulfill Regular / B2C Bootcamp
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Sales, Marketing, and any other related fields)
Demonstrable passion for business
Data-driven, solid research and analytical skills
Flexible, efficient, and enthusiastic
Strong customer service, communication skills (verbal & written), collaboration & persuasion skills
High degree of initiative and strong work ethic
MS Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient
Skills in Project Management (set goals, calculate risks, plan budget, manage projects) will be an advantage
High level of interest in education, technology or social business
