Overview

SKILVUL GROUP is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone.

Currently, we offer two main services - an end-to-end coding bootcamp (Impact Byte), and an online training & certification platform for on-demand digital skills (Skilvul), for anyone who wishes to become a programmer.At Skilvul Group, we treat each other with respect and communicate with empathy. We support each other even though it is not part of our job description.

Job Description

	- Responsible for Procurement and Supply Support.

		- Manage and support projects related fields; eg. Preparing or working on laptop rental, learning tools, or else.

		- Manage merchandise for all related departments.

		- Manage all internal supplies and office procurements; eg. Name card, and else.

	- Responsible for Office management. Manage office space accessible and safe for employee working space on a daily basis and provide general administrative support to employees.

	- Support the Operational Team in maintaining all databases. Fully support the Project Team as for the administration or for the project needs.

	- Contract making and administration legal support.

		- Manage and support internal and external recruitment, business, and others related to contract/agreement/MOU, etc

		- Manage all administrative and databases.

	- Report directly to Operations Manager

Requirements

  • You should have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in related field (e.g Operation Admin, HR Admin/Support, Legal Support, etc)

  • Attention to the details

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superb organizational skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.

  • A willingness to learn.
