Skilvul is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone. Our products include: Skilvul.com - an online platform for programmers to learn coding, get certified, and find job opportunities. Impact Byte - a fast-track coding Bootcamp for job-ready programmers. Markoding - a non-profit arm that teaches coding to marginalized students.

At Skilvul we treat each other with respect and communicate with empathy. We support each other even though it is not part of our job description. Job Description

• Prepare student-facing support materials for online and hybrid instruction, web-based learning aids, e-learning, in consultation and/or collaboration with the Learning Strategist and content experts.

• Assist Learning Strategist with the selection of instructional strategies, articulation of measurable course, and lesson learning outcomes.

• Analyze instructional problems and develop and implement potential solutions based on Monitoring and Evaluation inputs

• Review Syllabus or courses during the design, development, and delivery phases for sound pedagogical and instructional design practices

• Developing and editing online learning materials and content.

• Assessing learning needs and the audience.

• Create the layout of the instructional material

• Analyze and evaluate new instructional tools and technologies, and recommend appropriate tools and approaches to improve course design and delivery.

• Develop and design online materials such as lesson plans, lesson content, learning objectives, and assessment tools.

• Adapt several coursework projects to assist learners with disabilities so that they are able to experience the same learning opportunities as others.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in education, psychology, or any major with relevant knowledge.

• Having minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning management systems, or any related field.

• Mastering The Indonesia's Standard writing guide (Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia - PUEBI)

• Have the ability to create, develop, manipulate, and share learning content using a variety of technology.

• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.

• Commitment to excellence,

• Have strong communication skills both in writing and speaking.

• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of a project team.
