Overview
SKILVUL GROUP is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone.
Currently, we offer two main services - an end-to-end coding bootcamp (Impact Byte), and an online training & certification platform for on-demand digital skills (Skilvul), for anyone who wishes to become a programmer.At Skilvul Group, we treat each other with respect and communicate with empathy. Job Description
Reporting to the CTO and Product, you will be responsible as IT support to provide organizations with information technology support to optimize operational efficiency. You will have to assist our users with their issues and finding solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users
Diagnose problems, provide analysis and solutions
Make documentation of works and systems
Support the roll-out of new systems and applications
Monitor & maintain the application through the admin panel
Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resources to solve technical, application, or network issues
Requirements
Having good interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience in IT/software development
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
