Overview

SKILVUL GROUP is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone.

Currently, we offer two main services - an end-to-end coding bootcamp (Impact Byte), and an online training & certification platform for on-demand digital skills (Skilvul), for anyone who wishes to become a programmer.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of Skilvul's programmes, including and other projects as required;

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and meet the needs of stakeholders, as well as meeting the work plan's targets;

  • Supporting with collating high-quality data and information for project reporting types including regular narrative and financial reporting to donors as well as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) reporting of Skilvul;

  • Coordinating with the Head of Programme, support efforts to communicate about the projects to potential stakeholders;

  • Supporting initial work that may lead to the development of any new Skilvul-led or Skilvul-affiliated initiatives;

  • Supporting Head of Programme in reviewing budget proposals of partners, grantees and sub-contractors as required;

  • Coordinating with with other Project Assistants or Interns, ensure the project implementation's administration and logistical activities are conducted as planned, efficiently and effectively;

  • Representing Skilvul at meetings and events as needed.

  • Communicating, liaising and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, schools, government and partner organisations.

Qualifications

  • Able to work remotely and independently

  • Experienced in project management, developing and executing programs/events

  • Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and in English

  • Committed to empowering youth in Indonesia through technology and innovation

Work Hours

  • As this is a full time role, you will be expected to work a total of 40 hours per week and attend meetings or events as required.

  • There may be occasional work on the weekend, in which case you would be able to take a time off / swap day(s) on your weekday.
